Our 400+ highly experienced employees come from all over the world and are specialists in a variety of disciplines – civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture, planning, BIM, project management, CAD, and all the tasks required to create multi-disciplinary designs for major infrastructure projects.

Directors

Craig Scott

Managing Director

Craig Scott was appointed as TSP Projects Managing Director in 2006 with responsibility for driving strategy, corporate development and continuous business improvement in rapidly changing markets having initially joined in 2003. Craig has extensive experience of business management and project delivery in construction, design and high-integrity manufacturing across the highways, railway, nuclear and industrial sectors in the UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Asia. Prior to TSP Projects Craig has had a long successful career with over twenty years of director level experience in contracting, consultancy and education businesses.

Niall McCreanor

Director

Niall McCreanor was appointed as Director for the TSP Projects Consultancy Business in October 2014 with overall responsibility for performance and growth of the consultancy business, having initially joined the business in 2005 as Associate Director Projects. Niall has extensive experience in mainstream civils contracting and programme management consultancy in the construction sector. He previously held positions at Bovis Lend Lease, a multinational infrastructure company headquartered in Sydney, and Mowlem Civil Engineering once one of the largest construction and civil engineering companies in the UK.

Stephen Andrews

Finance Director & Company Secretary

Stephen has extensive expertise in both the consulting and services sectors and has comprehensive knowledge of contract and commercial arrangements. Stephen’s background includes various Divisional Finance Director positions over an 8 year period in Serco and more recently he spent 4 years holding senior Finance Director roles within WSP engineering consultancy. Steve’s responsibilities include Company Secretarial, IT and the Working Environment.

Keith Moverley

Rail Sector Director

Keith has extensive expertise managing large complex multi-disciplinary railway design teams and major railway investment projects. Having initially joined the business in 2000 as a Principal Engineer, Keith has a wealth of knowledge across many sectors including M&E, Civil Engineering and Level Crossings disciplines. He has worked on a number of high profile UK rail projects in the role of Project Director and has a senior position within the business with the responsibilty for the day to day decision making in certain areas of TSP Projects’ business. 

Robert Dale

Technical Director

Robert is the team leader of the Buildings section at TSP Projects, leading a multi-disciplinary team of Architects and Structural Engineers for rail and non-rail buildings projects. Robert has led the creation and development of this team and has pioneered the introduction of Buildings Information Modelling (BIM) within TSP Projects. As Programme Director, Robert delivers complex projects from feasibilty to full detailed designer, principally focusing on the industrial and process sector projects.

Tony Morris

Associate Director

Tony leads the modular, solar and the perimeter security sectors within the overall business. His expertise includes business development, work winning, project development, project design and delivery. Tony is an Incorporated Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with 40 year’s experience in the Construction Industry managing multi-disciplinary projects across a wide spectrum of the industry in both Building and Civil Engineering.

John Oldridge

Regional Director, Birmingham

John is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 15 years experience in railway engineering and managing railway multi-disciplinary design teams. As Regional Director for TSP Projects Birmingham office, John is responsible for the development of business in the central region.

 

John Dickinson

 Business Development Director, Manchester

John has 30 years extensive experience across a wide range of sectors in the MEP design consultancy and construction industry and is a Chartered Building Services Engineer. As Business Development Director, he is responsible for assisting the senior management team in developing existing and new business across the TSP Projects offices.

Martyn Ayres

Regional Director, Reading

Martyn is the key driving force behind the strategic development of TSP Projects Reading office and is an integral role in identifying and developing new talent and innovation. As Regional Director for TSP Projects Reading office, Martyn has the strategic responsibility for project delivery and business development in the south of England.
